Pay Water/Wastewater Utility Account
You can pay your water/wastewater utility bill in several different ways: in person, over the phone, by mail, or online. If you have any trouble paying your bill or have questions regarding your bill please call: (505) 891-5020.

Pay Online:

1. This method will have a $1.75 convenience fee imposed.

2. You will need to set up an account.

3. Click on the link: Online Water/Wastewater Billing Account.

4. Click on the Create Password link.

a. You will need to have your most current water/wastewater utility bill.

b. Your Account ID #, Bill Date, Due Date, Total Amount Due information is found on the right hand side of your bill. Please see an example of a Water/Wastewater Utility Bill PDF for the information you need.

5. Create a password by following instructions on the screen which include a security verification question.

6. Click the Submit button.

7. Afterwards you will be sent a confirmation e-mail, to the e-mail address you provided.

8. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail you will be prompted to complete the registration process.

9. When you complete the rest of the registration process you will be able to view your account information and pay your bill.

10. Accessing your new Bill Pay Account.

a. You can sign in to your Account by using your account number and password.

b. You can then pay your bill or look up your bill information.

11. If you are unable to access the online payment website try these steps:

a. Open a new Internet window.

i. Click on Tools.
ii. Click on Internet options.
iii. Click on Advanced tab.
iv. Scroll down to Security section. Check mark: SSL 3.0 and TSL 1.0.
v. Apply to save your changes.

b. Check your junk or spam folder in your email.

c. If none of those steps help you, please call (505) 891-5020.

Pay In Person:

1. Go to City Hall (3200 Civic Center Circle, NE) between the hours of 8:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. You can pay at the Cashier’s office on the First Floor.

3. Accepted forms of payment are: cash, check, credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express).

Pay Over the Phone:

1. This method will have a $1.75 convenience fee imposed.

2. Please call: (505) 891-5211. This is an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

a. You will need your full Utility Account Number to access this service. Please see an example of a Water/Wastewater Utility Bill PDF for the information you need.

b. Use a credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express) please.

3. By calling the IVR system you can also check your account balance, review billing history, review payment history, and request faxed receipts of payment or account information.

Pay by Mail:

1. You can send your payment in using the return envelope included with your Utility payment stub.

2. If you do not have the return envelope you can mail your payments.

Pay by Drop Box:

1. You can drop off your payments (if you do not want to pay postage) to:

a. City Hall (3200 Civic Center Circle, NE) at the south end of the back parking lot.  In the white drop box.

b. Or to Ester Bone Library (950 Pinetree Road).  The drop box is also white and located in the parking lot.
