Development Services provides administrative and technical direction on the issues and projects that are relevant to the development of the City. This includes the preparation and oversight of the department's annual budget; the preparation of agendas and provision of staff support for the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings; and the interactions with other governmental entities and businesses concerning specific planning and economic development issues.
