Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Plan

Broadmoor Boulevard
  • Stage: Final Design
  • Termini: From Northern Boulevard to Paseo Del Volcan
  • Overview of Project: Design for pavement extension of current road.
  • Time Frame:
    • Bid Date: October 2015
    • Construction: Winter- Summer/Fall 2016

Idalia Road

  • Stage: Final Design
  • Termini: From Iris Road to NM 528
  • Overview of Project: Roadway improvements.
  • Time Frame:
    • Bid Date: September 2015
    • Construction: Fall 2015 - Summer 2016

Lift Station 10
  • Stage: Construction
  • Termini: From Northwest Corner of Southern Blvd. and NM 528 to Pinehurst Road and Lost Tree Road.
  • Overview of Project: Relocation of Lift Station.
  • Time Frame:
    • Design Complete: End of February 2015
    • Construction: September 2015 - May 2016

Southern Boulevard
  • Stage: Preliminary Design 
  • Termini: From Rainbow Boulevard to NM 528
  • Overview of Project: Design for future road improvements.
  • Time Frame:
    • Preliminary Design Completed: Summer 2015
    • Phase I Final Design Completed: Fiscal Year 2016
    • Construction Starts: Federal Fiscal Year 2018

Unser Boulevard Phase 2B

  • Stage: Right-of-Way Acquisition
  • Termini: From Farol Road to Paseo Del Volcan
  • Overview of Project: Preparation for future road improvements.
  • Time Frame:
    • Current Right-of-Way Acquisition will be completed by end of September 2015.
    • Right-of-Way Acquisition will continue as budget allows.

Water Service Line Replacement Phase 3
  • Stage: Construction
  • Termini: Various; Please click title to see list of roads.
  • Overview of Project: Replacement of existing polyethylene water service lines with copper water service lines.
  • Time Frame:
    • Phase III Starts: March 23, 2015
    • Phase III Expected finish date: March 2016

Westside Boulevard Phase 2
  • Stage: Construction
  • Termini: Unser Boulevard to Golf Course Road
  • Overview of Project: Widening of roadway with improvements.
  • Time Frame:
    • Construction Start: April 6, 2015
    • Expected finish date: end of October 2015
