Rebate and Incentive Programs
The Water Conservation Office launched its Water Audit Program in July 2003. These water use evaluations are FREE of charge to all City water customers. Structures or dwellings that were built before 1994 have priority over newer structures.
Water Use Evaluations include:
- Evaluation & balance of water use
- Installation of water saving devices (residential only)
- Detection of leaks
- Verification of meter accuracy

Water Saver Kits
All residential water customers whose homes are older than 1994, qualify to receive a free low-flow showerhead. Shower heads can be picked up at City Hall, suite 200.
The Rebate Program ended December 31, 2008
The City's rebate program have been very successful in assisting citizens to upgrade their water using fixtures from high water use to low water use options. As with all good programs that produce the wanted results, the rebate incentive program has ended.
