Meal Program

The meal site at the Meadowlark Senior Center is operated by the Sandoval County Senior Program. This cooperative arrangement between the City of Rio Rancho and Sandoval County assures that tax dollars are spent wisely by avoiding duplication of services.

The meal program is funded through the federal Older Americans Act which establishes the criteria under which the program operates.

Lunch is served
Monday - Friday
11:30 AM until 12:30 PM

There is no charge to individuals 60 and older, but a suggested donation for meals is $2.00.

Anyone attending the meal site who is not yet age 60 must pay $6.00 per meal.

Reservations are not required.

Registration for dining room and home delivered meals is available by calling 896-8313 or by visiting the Sandoval County office at the Meadowlark Senior Center.

Transportation to the mealsite is available and can be arranged by calling 896-8313.
