CNM Rio Rancho Campus

The Central New Mexico (CNM) Community College Rio Rancho campus is located at 2601 Campus Blvd. NE in Rio Rancho's City Center area.

The first campus building opened in August 2010.  This building has 34,304 square feet of classroom space, 14,660 square feet of lab space, and a student services center.

This campus was made possible, when in 2007, voters approved expanding CNM's taxing district to include all of Rio Rancho, and voters beyond Northern Boulevard in Rio Rancho (previously not included in CNM's taxing district) approved a mill levy increase to their property tax.
