Butterflies, Moths and Caterpillars!

Saturday, June 21

Loma - Linda Walton, from the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science, will be here to answer all kinds of questions about Lepidoptera, the winged wonders we know as butterflies and moths.

How do you tell the difference between a butterfly and a moth?  What’s the difference between a cocoon and a chrysalis, and what happens inside them during metamorphosis? How far do monarchs migrate and where do they go?  Linda Walton, from the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science, will be here to answer all kinds of questions about Lepidoptera, the winged wonders we know as butterflies and moths.
